Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we get your tea from our shelves to your cup.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once processing is complete.
Delivery Timelines
We ship across India. Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) generally receive orders within 3–5 business days. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the weight of your order. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status anytime from the My Orders section of your account.
Packaging
Every Campbell Tea order is packed with care to ensure your tea arrives fresh and intact. We use food-safe, tamper-evident packaging and eco-conscious outer materials wherever possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, the package will be held at a local facility for up to 5 days before being returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at hello@campbelltea.in to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Please check back — we hope to expand soon.
