Our Commitment
At Campbell Tea, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@campbelltea.in with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@campbelltea.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior confirmation from us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional items obtained free of charge are not eligible for refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@campbelltea.in. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery instead.
